WISC Associates

The Women's International Study Center has developed a group of individuals with expertise in various topic areas related to gender issues and WISC's four areas of focus: Arts, Sciences, Business and Cultural Preservation. WISC Associates also have specific skills, experience and expertise in sub-fields and interdisciplinary topic areas. As an informal "faculty," WISC Associates have served as speakers or facilitators at WISC events and have provided guidance and input into our organizational development. 

Areas of Expertise: ARTS - Active on Museum of New Mexico Foundation Board of Trustees and The Lensic Performing Arts Center Board of Directors; served on Board of Center for Contemporary Arts (CCA); created the Mentor to Market program for the International Folk Art Market; co-wrote "The Artist's Way at Work: Riding the Dragon." BUSINESS & THE LABOR FORCE - CEO of The Santa Fe Group; former CEO of Banking Industry Technology Secretariat; former executive of Citicorp and Dun and Bradstreet; currently sits on 4 corporate boards; taught at American University Kogod School of Business and George Washington University School of Business. SCIENCES, TECHNOLOGY & ENGINEERING - Cybersecurity and risk management expert; sits on corporate board risk & technology committees. OTHER - Strategic Planning/Innovation/Self-Development. Retirement for Boomers; sabbaticals.
